How it works
From your last appointment in Istanbul to a partner practice in the UK — four steps, no surprises.

Treatment in Istanbul
You finish your treatment at our Pendik clinic and fly home. You leave with the implant passport, batch numbers, warranty certificate and the contact details for your treating dentist.
- 02
Day-3 follow-up call
Your patient coordinator calls you on day 3, week 1, month 1 and month 3. If everything is healing as expected, no in-person check is needed.

7-day check-in email
You also receive a structured email at one week with three photo prompts (front, occlusal, gum line). Reply with the photos and your treating dentist reviews them within 48 hours.
- 04
Optional UK partner visit
If anything is off — pain that isn't settling, a high bite, a suture concern — we book you a free in-person check at the closest partner practice. The visit is on us during the first 12 months.
Free remote follow-up consultations
For 12 months after your treatment, you have access to unlimited 30-minute video consultations with the dentist who treated you — not a generic call-centre agent, the actual clinician.
- Booked through the same coordinator who handled your trip.
- Available evenings and weekends in UK time slots.
- Conducted on Zoom or WhatsApp video, whichever you prefer.
- Notes are written into your patient file and shared with you by email afterwards.
Most concerns are resolved in a single video call — bite adjustments, sensitivity, post-op questions, suture removal guidance. The in-person UK partner visit is reserved for the small percentage of cases that need physical examination.
