Dr. Serdar Demirtürk leads the orthodontic unit at Ultradiş, our Pendik clinic. For ten years he has delivered clear aligner, traditional and aesthetic brace treatments — across paediatric and adult cases — at the same Çamçeşme practice.
About
Dr. Serdar Demirtürk graduated from a Turkish state university Faculty of Dentistry and went on to complete his specialist training in orthodontics. His specialist thesis examined treatment time and patient compliance in clear aligner therapy. After graduation he entered private practice and joined Ultradiş Polyclinic full-time in 2016.
He runs the orthodontic unit single-handedly. His treatment workflow standardised the use of CBCT 3D imaging, digital scanning and clinical photography for every patient. For adult cases — where aesthetic concerns drive the decision — he prefers Invisalign and equivalent clear aligner systems. Paediatric and adolescent cases are managed with removable appliances and traditional fixed appliances as appropriate.
He is an active member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB) and the Turkish Orthodontic Society (TOD), attending annual scientific congresses and certificate programmes to keep clinical protocols in line with current literature. He sees patients Monday to Saturday 10:00–22:00 and Sunday 10:00–20:00.

Treatment philosophy
Orthodontics is a long process — 12 to 30 months is normal — and the dentist–patient relationship directly shapes the result. Before we begin, every patient receives a written timeline, the expected review-appointment frequency, and the home-care points that depend on patient cooperation. When small changes occur during treatment (an extended timeframe, an additional appliance), I discuss them face-to-face: trust held up over years is what carries the treatment to a clean finish. The endpoint is not just straight teeth — it is a functional bite, a healthy joint and a stable arrangement that holds long after the appliance comes off.
